Medical Phone Calls

A nurse is available to help answer questions Monday through Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m., and on Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon. When you call, please give the receptionist your name, date of birth, Social Security number, phone number and a brief message. The nurse will make every effort to respond within 24 hours. Please allow two weeks from the date of your procedure before calling the office for radiology or pathology results. A nurse will contact you if your results require an urgent response. If you have an urgent medical condition, please notify the receptionist so that your call can be handled properly.

Emergencies After Office Hours

For emergencies occurring after 5 p.m., please call the office at 232-7338. The answering service will take your call and give the information to the doctor. If your call has not been returned within one hour, notify the answering service that you have not received a return call.
